Upload the following six documents through the app. Our team verifies each one — most drivers are approved within 24–72 hours.
National ID
A valid government-issued national ID card or passport. Must be current and clearly show your photo and date of birth.
Driver's License
A valid driver's license held for at least 1 year, matching the vehicle class you intend to drive.
Vehicle Registration
Proof that your vehicle is registered, roadworthy and no more than 10 years old.
Insurance
Valid vehicle insurance covering ride-hailing or hire-and-reward use, in the driver's name.
Police Record
A recent police record / certificate of character (issued within the last 6 months) for background screening.
Vehicle Photos
Clear photos of your vehicle: front, back, both sides and interior — license plate must be visible.
Approval process: once all six documents are submitted, our verification team reviews them and runs a background & driving-record check. You'll receive an in-app notification and email as soon as you're approved — then you can go online and accept your first ride.
Driver Requirements
Make sure you meet these basic requirements before you apply.
- Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license held for 1+ year
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle in good condition (10 years old or newer)
- Pass a background and driving-record check
- Have a smartphone (Android or iOS) with a data plan
- Provide a bank account or mobile wallet for payouts
- Complete the short in-app driver orientation after approval
